I AM MYKEL I Teach Flow and Flair in English and Spanish
Frank, my friend living with Parkinson’s inspired me to create Flow and Flair! I have a background in dance, theater and fitness/kinesiology which allows me to get participants out of their heads and into their bodies! I engage a sense of play through storytelling and human connection to nourish and sustain participants in a world of personal challenge. Flagging extends physical mobility and inspires creativeness and physical expression.

I have seen firsthand how being an instructor of Flow and Flair has transformed the lives of many students and how important it is to be connected to each other and humanity. I have a background in dance, video production and flag performance and my strengths are in project management, creativity, empowerment and execution.
