Flow Wellness for Individuals
Flow Wellness offers gentle, accessible movement and creative programs for individuals seeking support, connection, and embodied well-being.
Our programs welcome people from the general population, including those transitioning after treatment, caregivers, and community members looking for non-clinical ways to reconnect with their bodies and creativity.
