Flow and Flair® – Movement Therapy

Our flagship program and proprietary movement-based modality, developed over more than 20 years.

Flow and Flair® uses flags, music, and expressive movement to support:

  • Emotional expression and agency

  • Motor coordination and physical engagement

The program is adaptable for seated or standing participation and welcomes individuals with a wide range of physical, cognitive, and emotional needs.
