All sound is delivered live and adjusted responsively to the energy and needs of the group.

The Experience

Sound Bath sessions at Flow Wellness focus on grounding and regulation, with particular attention to establishing a sense of stability and safety.

Sessions typically begin by inviting participants to settle into the body and connect with the present moment. Sound is introduced gradually, allowing the nervous system to respond at its own pace.

No prior experience is required. Participants are welcome to sit, lie down, or adjust their position as needed throughout the session.
